1. What Information Do We Collect?

To ensure stable app operation and provide core functionality, after you consent, we and third-party service providers collect the following information:

Device Identifier Information: Includes device serial number, Android ID, IMEI, IMSI, MAC address, OAID, UID. This information is used to identify unique users, troubleshoot crash issues, and ensure account security.

Network and Environment Information: IP address, app version number, SSID, BSSID.

Installed Software List: We read your installed software list solely to support third-party account authorized login and sharing features via WeChat/QQ.

Business Data: Todo text, schedule content, and subscription payment records that you actively enter.

2. Permission Usage Explanation

Calendar Permission: We request read/write calendar permission to sync todos to the system calendar and provide schedule reminders.

Notification Permission: We request notification permission solely to display the number of unfinished todos on the app icon (badge reminder).

Storage Permission: We request read/write storage permission to save your todo lists and configuration files locally.

3. Third-Party SDK Explanation

We integrate necessary third-party SDKs (such as Huawei/Xiaomi Push, Tencent QQ/WeChat Open SDK, AGC Crash Service, etc.). These SDKs collect the above-mentioned device identifiers (such as serial number, IMSI, etc.) and network information to ensure login, payment, and system compatibility.

4. Your Rights

You may withdraw permissions such as calendar and notification at any time in your system settings. To completely clear your data, you can use the “Delete Account” function within the app, and we will immediately delete all of your personal information.

Processed personal information includes app information (app name, app package name, app version number, SDK version info, AAID; app launch performance info, page load performance info, jank info, network performance info, foreground/background event info, CPU and memory usage info, interaction performance info, ANR event info, session random identifier; game scene performance events (scene name, scene load status), log retrieval events (custom logs), custom performance tracking events (custom attributes, custom metrics)), device information (device model, device hardware info, device usage info, operating system info, system properties, system settings, user device identifiers, IP address, approximate location info (country, city)). Message push service: To provide developers with convenient and secure message push services and ensure you can receive notification messages from the developer’s app, the SDK directly collects information about the developer’s app calling SDK interfaces. Tencent Mobile Open Platform SDK	Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.	To implement popup display, invoke system browser and other system component capabilities strongly related to system versions, and for background reporting and issue monitoring purposes, when the app initializes the QQ Connect SDK, it collects the app end user’s operating system information, ssid/bssid; for background reporting and issue monitoring purposes of the QQ Connect SDK, it collects the app end user’s device model information; for the purpose of enabling app end users to launch mobile QQ and transmit information through the QQ Connect SDK (iOS version), when the app uses sharing capabilities and launches mobile QQ, it requests to invoke the app end user’s clipboard (such invocation behavior is limited to QQ Connect SDK-related information and will not obtain or upload the user’s clipboard information); to enable QQ Connect SDK (Android version) end users to share multimedia files to QQ, Qzone, or set avatars, it invokes the app end user’s photo album and memory card permissions. To implement QQ Connect SDK (Android version) features such as sharing to QQ/TIM and adding friends, and to determine whether QQ or TIM is installed on the user’s phone, it needs to collect the app end user’s app list information. To implement popup display, invoke system browser and other system component capabilities strongly related to system versions, and for background reporting and issue monitoring purposes, when the app initializes the QQ Connect SDK, it collects the app end user’s operating system information, ssid/bssid; for background reporting and issue monitoring purposes of the QQ Connect SDK, it collects the app end user’s device model information; for the purpose of enabling app end users to launch mobile QQ and transmit information through the QQ Connect SDK (iOS version), when the app uses sharing capabilities and launches mobile QQ, it requests to invoke the app end user’s clipboard; to enable QQ Connect SDK (Android version) end users to share multimedia files to QQ, Qzone, or set avatars, it invokes the app end user’s photo album and memory card permissions. To implement QQ Connect SDK (Android version) features such as sharing to QQ/TIM and adding friends, and to determine whether QQ or TIM is installed on the user’s phone, it needs to collect the app end user’s app list information. WeChat Open SDK	Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.	To enable users to use the share/save to WeChat feature, sharing images and other content to WeChat Moments or WeChat Favorites, we collect and transmit to the WeChat app the images or content that users actively select in third-party apps, but we do not use the aforementioned information to associate with or track users. To enable users to log in to third-party apps using their WeChat avatar and nickname, after confirming user authorization, we provide third-party apps with the WeChat avatar and nickname information that users actively select. To enable users to use the WeChat Pay feature in third-party apps, we collect the WeChat Pay order identifier generated by the third-party app when the user initiates payment and transmit it to the WeChat app, and after the user completes the payment operation, we transmit the payment success/failure status information to the third-party app. Please note that the WeChat Pay feature is provided by Caifutong Payment Technology Co., Ltd. On Android systems, we verify the installation status of the WeChat app on the user’s device to confirm whether the device can implement the relevant capabilities of the Open SDK. If the user uses an iOS system, to achieve appropriate display of relevant functions across different devices in iOS, we collect the user’s device model information and store it locally on the device. To promptly push relevant information provided by third-party apps to your device terminal, if you access the Android version, when you register to use Xiaomi Push services, we collect your device identifier OAID and encrypted Android ID, as well as information about the app using push services such as app package name, version number, and running status; if you access the iOS version, we collect IDFV (not collected when IDFV cannot be obtained), app package name, and version number. To provide you with push services, send notifications about software updates or new product releases, evaluate advertising effectiveness, and for other purposes, we collect message creation, delivery, and click times and temporarily store message content obtained from third-party apps and pushed to you. 5. App Auto-Start Notice

The app includes a widget (desktop widget) feature. Widgets do not have the independent ability to update data; widget data depends on the app’s data and the app’s network communication. Therefore, even when the app is closed, if the data that the desktop widget depends on needs to be updated, the app will auto-start to update the data.
