Calendar Sync
Section titled “Calendar Sync”Overview
Section titled “Overview”Calendar Sync pulls events from third-party calendar services into Xiao Huang Tiao, allowing you to view and manage them uniformly on the desktop calendar and task list.
⚠️ Xiao Huang Tiao uses the CalDAV / Exchange protocol to access third-party calendars. WeCom Calendar, DingTalk Calendar, and Feishu Calendar are all connected via these protocols rather than native SDK integration.
Supported calendar types:

Sync notes:
- Read-only sync — events are imported from the third-party calendar into Xiao Huang Tiao. Editing or reverse sync is not supported.
- Calendar names appear as filter tags in the calendar filter, allowing you to show or hide events by source.
- Events from different sources can be assigned different background colors for easy identification.
- Synced events display on both the desktop calendar and the task list.
Adding a Sync
Section titled “Adding a Sync”Path:
- PC:
Settings→Calendar Sync→ Add - App:
My→Calendar Sync→ Add
After adding: The third-party calendar name appears as a filter tag. You can toggle its visibility in the filter bar at any time.
Filtering by Source
Section titled “Filtering by Source”In the calendar board settings, you can filter events by their source calendar. Each source can be assigned a distinct background color for easy visual differentiation.
