My Profile
The “Me” page is the personal center and settings hub across all platforms. After logging in, you can manage your account, view membership status, configure app features, get help, and more.
1. Page Layout
Section titled “1. Page Layout”The page is divided into several sections from top to bottom:
- Top user area (yellow background) — Displays avatar + login status + account management entry
- Membership card (gold background) — Displays membership status + prompt info
- Feature list — Various feature entries; tap to enter the corresponding page
- Badge toggle — Controls whether the app icon shows the uncompleted task count
- Share section — Recommend YYNote to friends
- Five-star review button — Opens the app store to write a review
- Version info — Shows version number + official website URL
2. Top User Area
Section titled “2. Top User Area”Not Logged In
Section titled “Not Logged In”- Shows a default gray avatar + “Tap to Log In” text + right arrow
- Tap the entire area → Navigates to the login page
Logged In
Section titled “Logged In”- Shows user avatar + UID number
- Shows an “Account Management” button on the right
- Tap “Account Management” → Enters the account management page
3. Membership Card
Section titled “3. Membership Card”A gold-background card displayed below the user area.
- Top-left: VIP crown icon + “Membership Center” text
- Top-right label:
- Membership active → Shows “Expires in X days”
- Membership expired → Shows “Expired”
- Non-member → Shows “Subscribe”
- Bottom prompt area: Shows current backup count (e.g., “X records backed up to cloud”)
- Tap the entire card → Navigates to the membership center page (purchase/renewal)
4. Feature List
Section titled “4. Feature List”Each item has an icon on the left and a right arrow (>). Tap to enter the corresponding feature page.

iOS: The feature list has 10 items — there is no “Widgets” entry (iOS does not support customizing widget appearance within the app). Android / HarmonyOS have 11 items. On Android / HarmonyOS, “Widgets” lets you customize widget font size, spacing, text color, background opacity, and background color.
5. Badge Toggle
Section titled “5. Badge Toggle”- Label: “Show total uncompleted tasks on the app icon”
- Toggle switch on the right
- When enabled → The app icon shows the current number of uncompleted to-do tasks
- First-time enablement requires granting notification permission (system dialog)
- If notification permission is denied, you need to manually enable it in system settings
6. Share Section
Section titled “6. Share Section”Title: “Please recommend YYNote to your friends”

In non-Chinese language environments, only WeChat Friends and QQ Friends are shown. iOS uses the system share sheet (UIActivityViewController); WeChat, QQ, and other channels are provided by the system.
7. Five-Star Review Button
Section titled “7. Five-Star Review Button”- Button text: “Not bad — here’s five stars from me”
- Tapping it opens the app store review page (App Store on iOS)
8. Version Info
Section titled “8. Version Info”At the very bottom of the page:
- “V2.x.x” (e.g., V2.1.0)
- “www.yynote.cn”

Channel differences:
- Google Play channel only shows Google Sign-In
- App Store channel only shows Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In
- Huawei channel includes Huawei Login
10. Account Management
Section titled “10. Account Management”Logged In
Section titled “Logged In”- Top: Shows user avatar + UID + “Log Out” button
- Binding management: Lists all supported login methods, showing “Bound” or “Unbound” status
- Bound methods can be unlinked by tapping (the last login method cannot be unlinked)
- Unbound methods can be linked by tapping
- Top-right: “Delete Account” button — after tapping, a confirmation dialog appears; once confirmed, the account is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
Not Logged In
Section titled “Not Logged In”- Shows Logo + app name + introduction text
- Displays all available third-party login buttons
- First successful login:
- No local data → Shows user guide + initializes data
- Has local data → Loads the data
11. Membership Center
Section titled “11. Membership Center”(Accessed by tapping the membership card)
- When membership is active, a membership card appears at the top (UID + remaining days)
- Product list: Select a plan and tap to purchase
- Order/Refund entry:
- Android / HarmonyOS: “Orders/Refunds” entry in the top-right corner to view order history and request refunds
- iOS: This entry is not shown; refunds must be managed through the App Store
- Payment methods:
- HarmonyOS: WeChat Pay only
- iOS: Apple In-App Purchase
- Android: WeChat Pay, etc.
- Bottom: Membership terms of service, privacy policy, and service agreement links

14. Widget Settings (Android / HarmonyOS)
Section titled “14. Widget Settings (Android / HarmonyOS)”Accessed via “Widgets” in the feature list. You can customize the desktop widget appearance:

15. FAQ
Section titled “15. FAQ”Q: Can’t find “Me” in the bottom tabs?
Section titled “Q: Can’t find “Me” in the bottom tabs?”“Me” is the last tab in the bottom navigation bar, with a person silhouette icon. Tap it to switch.
Q: The page isn’t responding or is blank?
Section titled “Q: The page isn’t responding or is blank?”The page requires an internet connection to load (displaying membership status, backup count, etc.). Please check your network, then pull to refresh or restart the app.
Q: The login method I want isn’t available?
Section titled “Q: The login method I want isn’t available?”Supported login methods vary by platform and channel:
- iOS: Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In (App Store channel); also WeChat and QQ (if installed)
- HarmonyOS: Huawei Login, WeChat, QQ, WeChat Scan
- Android: Google Sign-In, WeChat, QQ, WeChat Scan (Huawei channel also has Huawei Login)
Q: Sharing isn’t working?
Section titled “Q: Sharing isn’t working?”WeChat sharing requires WeChat to be installed on the device; QQ sharing requires QQ to be installed.
Q: The membership card shows “Expired” but I just renewed?
Section titled “Q: The membership card shows “Expired” but I just renewed?”Try restarting the app or waiting a few seconds for the sync to complete. If it doesn’t update after a while, please contact service@yynote.cn.
Q: Widget settings aren’t taking effect? (Android / HarmonyOS)
Section titled “Q: Widget settings aren’t taking effect? (Android / HarmonyOS)”After changing settings, go back to the home screen to check if the widget has updated. On HarmonyOS, cards refresh when the app goes to background — try backgrounding the app. Some phones may require re-adding the widget.
Q: The badge toggle won’t turn on?
Section titled “Q: The badge toggle won’t turn on?”The badge feature requires notification permission. The first time you enable it, a system permission dialog appears. If you previously denied it, you need to manually enable notification permission in system settings.
Q: How do I log out?
Section titled “Q: How do I log out?”Go to “Me” → “More” → “Log Out” button at the bottom of the page. Logging out does not affect local data — logging back in restores everything.
Q: How do I delete my account?
Section titled “Q: How do I delete my account?”First log in to your account → Tap “Account Management” → “Delete Account” in the top-right corner. Once deleted, the account is permanently removed and cannot be recovered — please back up important data beforehand.
