Sticky Notes

Sticky Notes (also called “Memos”) is the third tab at the bottom of the app. Unlike the To-Do List, sticky notes are in a “write notes” format — they have a title, multi-line body text, and support tags.

Key differences between sticky notes and to-dos:

  • Sticky notes have a “title” — Each note can have a title (up to 32 characters); to-dos do not have titles
  • Sticky notes have “multi-line body text” — The content area can hold a lot of text (up to 1000 characters); to-dos only have a single-line summary
  • Tags are displayed directly below the content — Shown as small rounded tag chips for at-a-glance viewing; to-do tags are tucked away in the detail page
  • Sticky notes have no “complete” concept — Notes only have “unarchived” (active) and “archived” (stored) states. Archiving means storing, not “completed”

Core features:

  • View: Notes are displayed in three sections — “Pinned > Unpinned > Archived” — with pinned items at the top. Each note shows its title, content, tag chips, and last modified time
  • Add: Tap the blank area at the bottom of the list → Enter the edit page to fill in the title and content
  • Edit: Tap a note → Enter the edit page to modify the title, content, and tags
  • Archive (store): Swipe right on a note → Directly archived; or double-tap a note → Archived to the archive section
  • Pin / Unpin: Long-press a note → Select “Pin” from the menu to immediately pin it to the top
  • Delete: Swipe left or long-press → Select “Delete” → Permanently deleted (cannot be undone)
  • Batch delete: Long-press → Select “Batch Delete” → Check multiple items → Confirm deletion
  • Drag to reorder: Long-press → Select “Sort” → Enter sort mode, drag the handle on the right to adjust order
  • View archive: Tap “Archive” at the bottom of the right-side drawer → View all archived notes
  • Switch note lists: Use the right-side drawer to switch between different lists, each with its own notes

A yellow header bar at the top shows the current note list name; below is a white rounded card containing the note list.

PinnedPinned notesSorted by pin time; the first-pinned item is at the top
RegularUnpinned + unarchived notesSorted by drag order (or creation time if never dragged)
ArchivedArchived notesSorted by archive time, shown in gray with strikethrough

The main list shows all three sections (Pinned / Regular / Archived) by default. Archived notes appear at the bottom with gray strikethrough. To view archives grouped by date, use the “Archive” mode via the right-side drawer.

When the current note list has no notes, the list area is empty with a large blank tap area at the bottom — tapping it opens the new note edit page.

After tapping “Archive” in the right-side drawer, you enter archive browsing mode. All archived notes are grouped by archive date (Today, Yesterday, specific dates). In the archive view, archived notes do not show strikethrough — swipe left to restore or delete.

After the subscription expires, the entire notes page is covered by a semi-transparent black overlay, showing a renewal prompt and purchase button. Expiration does not affect data retention — data can be exported from the PC client.

Tap the blank area at the bottom of the list → Automatically navigates to the new note edit page.

  • Tap a note → Enter the edit page
  • The edit page includes: title input (up to 32 characters), content input (up to 1000 characters), and tag selection area
  • The tag selection area lists all tags with multi-select support; a ”+ New Tag” button at the bottom lets you quickly create new tags
  • Tap ”✓” in the top-right corner to save, or ”×” to cancel
  • Swipe right on a note → Directly archived (no intermediate button); takes effect after swiping past 45%
  • Double-tap a note → Directly archived
  • Swipe left on a note → Shows pin and delete buttons (no archive button)
  • After archiving, the note enters the archive section and shows gray strikethrough in the main list (no strikethrough in the archive view)
  • Find the note in the archive list → Swipe left → Tap the orange “Restore” button
  • Or swipe right to directly restore (no intermediate button)
  • Or double-tap an archived item → Directly restored
  • After restoring, the note returns to the main list
  • Long-press a note → Pop-up menu → Select “Pin” (or “Unpin”)
  • Pinned notes show a yellow dot and stay at the top of the list
  • Multiple notes can be pinned simultaneously
  • Swipe left on a note → Pin and delete buttons appear; tap the red delete button to delete
  • Or long-press → Pop-up menu → Select “Delete”
  • Permanently deleted, cannot be undone
  • Long-press a regular note → Pop-up menu → Select “Sort” → Enter sort mode
  • A drag handle (≡) appears on the right side of each note — hold and drag to a new position
  • Tap ”✓” in the top-right corner to finish and save the order
  • Pinned and archived notes do not participate in sorting
  • Long-press a note → Pop-up menu → Select “Batch Delete” → Enter batch mode
  • A checkbox appears on the right side of each note (including pinned notes) — check the ones to delete
  • A trash icon appears in the top-right corner — tap to confirm deletion
  • Tap the menu icon (≡) in the top-right corner → A drawer slides out from the right
  • The drawer lists all note lists, with the current list highlighted in yellow
  • Tap another list → Immediately switches
  • The drawer also has an “Archive” entry (showing archive count), list settings, add list, user guide, and other options
