Desktop Widgets
In the system, this widget is named “Calendar” or “Calendar List.” This document uses “Schedule Widget” to refer to the same feature throughout. Android calls them “Widgets,” iOS calls them “Widgets,” and HarmonyOS calls them “Service Cards” (Form) — they all function the same way.
1. Overview
Section titled “1. Overview”Desktop widgets can display three types of content from the app directly on your phone’s home screen — To-Do List / Sticky Notes / Schedule — without opening the app.
Three Types
Section titled “Three Types”| Type | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| To-Do Widget | All to-do items from a specific to-do list |
| Note Widget | All notes from a specific note list |
| Schedule Widget | All schedules (time-based tasks from to-dos + repeat plans) |
Available Sizes by Platform
Section titled “Available Sizes by Platform”| Type | Android | iOS | HarmonyOS |
|---|---|---|---|
| To-Do | 2×2, 4×2, 4×4 | small, medium, large | System-managed |
| Note | 2×2, 4×2, 4×4 | small, medium, large | System-managed |
| Schedule | 4×2, 4×4 | medium, large | System-managed |
iOS: The schedule widget does not have a small size (the home screen square is too small — schedules need to display time + a yellow vertical line, which won’t fit). HarmonyOS: Service card sizes are managed by the system. You can preview available sizes when adding.
Key Notes
Section titled “Key Notes”- Widgets are standard system components — adding them is exactly the same as adding system weather/clock widgets
- Each widget can only be bound to one list (to-do or notes) — a single widget cannot display multiple lists at once
- You can add multiple widgets — as many as your home screen has room for
- First-time use: After adding, you need to select which list to display (to-do/notes); the schedule widget requires no selection
- Content auto-syncs: After adding/completing/modifying items in the app, the widget refreshes automatically
To-Do Widget
Section titled “To-Do Widget”- Shows uncompleted + completed to-dos from the specified list
- Completed items are shown in gray + strikethrough
- Tap the circle icon on the left of an item → Complete/undo completion
- Tap item text → Opens the app to the edit detail page
- Supports creating new to-dos directly on the widget via the ”➕” button
Completed item display differences:
- Android / HarmonyOS: Only shows items completed within the last 24 hours (depends on list settings)
- iOS: All completed items are shown (no 24-hour limit)
Note Widget
Section titled “Note Widget”- Shows unarchived + archived notes from the specified list
- Each note shows: title, content summary, tags (toggleable), edit time (toggleable)
- Archived items are shown in gray + strikethrough
- Tap an item → Opens the app to the edit detail page
- Supports creating new notes directly on the widget via the ”➕” button
Archived item display differences:
- Android / HarmonyOS: Only shows items archived within the last 24 hours
- iOS: All archived notes are shown
Interactive operation differences:
- Android / HarmonyOS: Tap the left icon to archive/undo archive
- iOS: Notes do not support interactive operations; tapping an item opens the app
Schedule Widget
Section titled “Schedule Widget”- Shows today and future schedule tasks (grouped by date, with date headers)
- Each schedule shows: time range + content, with a yellow vertical time line on the left
- Overdue uncompleted schedules show time text in red
- Completed schedules are shown in gray + strikethrough
- Tap an item → Opens the app to the edit detail page
- Supports creating new schedules directly on the widget via the ”➕” button
iOS Item Count by Size
Section titled “iOS Item Count by Size”| Type | small | medium | large |
|---|---|---|---|
| To-Do | 4 items | 4 items | 13 items |
| Note | 3 items | 3 items | 11 items |
| Schedule | — | Unlimited (auto-adapts) | Unlimited (grouped by date) |
When the item count exceeds the limit, “View more…” appears at the bottom — tapping it opens the app to the corresponding list.
Note Widget Display Content
Section titled “Note Widget Display Content”Tags and edit time are hidden by default in the note widget. To display them, enable “Show Tags” or “Show Edit Time” in the settings of the note list that the widget is bound to, within the app.

Data Refresh
Section titled “Data Refresh”| Platform | Refresh Mechanism |
|---|---|
| Android | System refresh cycle ~30 minutes; changes in the app trigger an immediate refresh |
| iOS | WidgetKit timeline refresh ~15 minutes; changes in the app proactively trigger refresh |
| HarmonyOS | Unified refresh when the app goes to background; changes in the app are cached and pushed when backgrounded |
None of the three platforms support a manual refresh button. To force a refresh, make any change in the app, or re-add the widget.
The iOS system may adjust refresh frequency based on user habits — this is system behavior and cannot be controlled by the app.
Removing Widgets
Section titled “Removing Widgets”- Android / HarmonyOS: Long-press the widget → Drag to the “Remove” area
- iOS: Long-press the widget → Tap “Remove Widget” → Confirm
- Removing a widget does not delete any data in the app
4. Settings
Section titled “4. Settings”Widget Appearance Settings
Section titled “Widget Appearance Settings”| Platform | Supports Custom Appearance |
|---|---|
| Android / HarmonyOS | ✅ Yes |
| iOS | ❌ No |
In the app’s “Me → Widgets” page (Android / HarmonyOS), you can customize the widget appearance (all settings apply to all widgets globally, not per-widget):
| Setting | Range | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Content font size | 12 ~ 20 (4-step slider) | Text size of list items |
| Text spacing | 2 ~ 10 (4-step slider) | Spacing between items |
| Text color | Color wheel picker | Color of list text and title text |
| Background opacity | 0 ~ 100 (0 = lightest, 100 = darkest) | Transparency of the widget background |
| Background color | Color wheel picker | Background color of the widget |
Defaults: Font size 16, spacing 6, text color white, background opacity 0 (fully transparent), background color dark. All settings take effect immediately.
iOS: Widgets use a fixed white background + default style, and cannot be adjusted. iOS 26 and above support a “Transparent Background” (Liquid Glass) effect — this is an iOS system-level feature. To set it up: long-press the home screen → “Customize” in the top-left → select “Transparent” mode.
Button Display Settings (Same Across All Platforms)
Section titled “Button Display Settings (Same Across All Platforms)”In each module’s side drawer, you can separately set whether to show the new button (”+”) on the widget (the to-do drawer, note drawer, and schedule drawer each have an independent toggle).
List Binding Settings
Section titled “List Binding Settings”| Platform | Binding Method |
|---|---|
| Android / HarmonyOS | Select once when adding; switch later in the app’s list management |
| iOS | Select when adding; switch later via long-press widget → Edit Widget |
The schedule widget always shows all schedule data and does not require selecting a list.
