Archive and Export

Any desktop widget (to-do/note/schedule/countdown) can enter “Archive Browse” mode — in this mode, the current widget no longer shows normal list content, but instead displays all completed/archived items.

What You Can Do:

  • Browse Archive: View all completed/archived items (sorted by “completion time descending” by default, newest first)
  • Restore an Item: Hover → “Restore” button on the right → reverts to incomplete/unarchived state; to-do archive items also support double-click to restore
  • Delete Archive Item: Hover → “Delete” button on the right → permanently deletes (irreversible)
  • Filter Archive: Archive toolbar → “Filter” → filter by type (to-do/note) and tags
  • Export: Archive toolbar → “Export” → exports all non-deleted to-dos and notes as Excel
  • Export Deleted Records: Archive toolbar → “Export Deleted Records”

Key Characteristics:

  • Archive content is shared across all 4 widget types: Whether the current widget is to-do, note, schedule, or countdown, entering archive mode shows the same archive list (completed to-dos + archived notes), not limited to the current list
  • Countdown/Schedule items also enter the archive: After completion, they enter the same “completed to-dos” archive pool
  • Archive pool retains items long-term: Once loaded, all completed/archived items are retained with no 24-hour cleanup limit
  • Archive and “Deleted” are two different things: Archived = completed/archived (retained permanently, can be restored); Deleted = permanently deleted (irreversible)
