Refund Policy

Due to different platform policies, the 7-Day No-Question Refund is currently supported only for the following payment channels:

  • WeChat Pay purchases
  • HarmonyOS (Hongmeng) in-app purchases

iOS, Google Play, and PayPal do not support refunds. Please confirm before purchasing.

Refund requests are processed automatically and will be returned via the original payment method. Please watch for the refund notification.


  • Time Calculation: Based on the time elapsed between the refund request and the original purchase
  • Refund Limit: One refund per 90-day period. If you purchase again after refunding, please consider carefully
  • Account Deletion: Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are unsatisfied after purchase and wish to delete your account, please request a refund first
