Section titled “Data Export”Data Ownership
Section titled “Data Ownership”⚠️ Your data belongs to you. Even if your membership expires, you can still export your data anytime.
Any user can export all their data from the PC client after logging in — no membership required.
Feature Details
Section titled “Feature Details”The PC client supports exporting all data under your Xiao Huang Tiao (Yellow Sticky Notes) account. The exported Excel file contains the following sheets:
- Todos List — includes all fields such as creation time, edit time, completion time, content, description, location, start time, end time, all-day flag, reminder date, reminder time, status, tags, etc.
- Sticky Notes List — includes all fields such as title, content, tags, creation time, edit time, archive time, status, etc.
⚠️ There are no separate “Completed Records” or “Tags” export sheets. Tag data is embedded as columns within the Todos and Sticky Notes sheets. Deleted records can be exported separately via the
Export Deleted Recordsbutton in the PC taskbar.
How to Access

⚠️ App (Android / iOS / HarmonyOS) does not support data export at this time. Please use the PC client.
When to Export
Section titled “When to Export”You can export your data at any time after logging in, with no limits on frequency. It is recommended to export regularly as a backup.
