Pin, Sort & Archive Todos
Section titled “Pin, Sort & Archive Todos”Hover over a todo and click the pin button on the floating toolbar → Pinned todos appear at the top.
Pinned todos cannot be drag-sorted.
Drag the circle in front of a todo to manually reorder items.
Limitations:
- Pinned todos cannot be reordered
- Completed todos cannot be reordered
Archive
Section titled “Archive”Archiving a todo essentially moves it to the completed list. Completed todos are automatically moved to the completed list. You can access historical records via the archive entry at the bottom of the todo list.
Show / Hide Completed Todos
Section titled “Show / Hide Completed Todos”Click Settings (top right of the desktop widget) → List Settings → Toggle “Show todos completed within the last 24 hours” on/off
