Feature Overview

Quickly turn a todo into a scheduled event by dragging it onto the calendar. This sets a start and end time for the todo without manually typing time values — drag and plan in one motion.

Convert Todo to Schedule (Quick Planning)

⚠️ Dragging a todo onto the calendar is a Windows desktop plugin exclusive feature. This operation is not supported on the App.

If you need to convert a todo to a schedule on the App, open the todo’s edit page and manually set a start/end time.

Windows Desktop Plugin Steps:

1. On the desktop calendar plugin, expand the todo list on the left sidebar
2. Find the todo you want to schedule
   • The left sidebar shows: all incomplete todos that do not yet have a start/end time set
3. Grab the dot handle at the front of the todo
4. Drag it onto a specific date/time on the calendar
5. Release — the system automatically sets the start and end time
6. The todo is automatically converted to a schedule type

After Conversion

• The event appears on the month/week calendar views
• The todo list entry now displays start and end times
• The event also appears in the schedule list view
