After installation:
- Run the installer and follow the prompts
- On first launch, a yellow sticky icon appears in the system tray (bottom-right corner)
- Click the tray icon to start using YYNote
Can’t install on your work computer?
IT teams often restrict software installation to protect network security. Contact your IT team for assistance, or request administrator privileges to install.
Mobile Installation

After installation, register or sign in when you first open the app.
Account Login
Section titled “Account Login”Supported Login Methods
Section titled “Supported Login Methods”YYNote supports the following login/registration methods:
- Huawei Account
- Apple
- Microsoft
⚠️ Important: Different login methods correspond to different accounts. For example, logging in with WeChat creates one account, while logging in with QQ creates another — data is not shared between them.
Only by binding other login methods after signing in can they be merged into the same account.
Binding Multiple Login Methods
Section titled “Binding Multiple Login Methods”If you want a single account to support multiple login methods (e.g., both WeChat and QQ):
- Sign in with one method first
- Go to
Settings→Account Management→Bind Other Accounts - After binding, all login methods will point to the same account
Switching Login Methods
Section titled “Switching Login Methods”If your data appears missing, you may have signed in with a different account. Try switching login methods to find your previous account.
