Data Sync Guide
Section titled “Data Sync Guide”Sync Mechanism
Section titled “Sync Mechanism”YYNote automatically syncs your data to the cloud. After signing in, all data is synced across all your devices automatically.
- Sync interval: Approximately every 15 minutes (auto-sync)
- Synced content: Todos, sticky notes, calendar events (including reminders), tags, and lists
All platforms share the same data. Sign in with the same account on any device to sync instantly.
Checking Sync Status
Section titled “Checking Sync Status”After your first login, data is automatically fetched from the cloud. The sync status is shown above the tray icon on Windows, or indicated in the app interface on mobile.
Common Sync Issues

Section titled “Data Not Syncing”- Check your network connection
- Make sure you are logged in with the same account on all devices
- Try restarting the app
- Verify you are on the latest version
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, a database corruption may have occurred after an upgrade. You will need to rebuild the local database.
Database Corruption Recovery
Section titled “Database Corruption Recovery”If a version upgrade causes local database corruption, follow these steps to rebuild your local data:
App (Android / iOS / HarmonyOS):
- Uninstall the app
- Reinstall and sign in
- Data will automatically sync from the cloud and rebuild the local cache
PC (Windows):
- Close the app
- Open
My Documents, find theYYNotefolder, and delete it - Restart the app and sign in
- Data will automatically sync from the cloud and rebuild the local data
⚠️ Deleting local data does not affect your cloud data. It will be fully restored after you sign in again — safe to proceed.
Conflict Handling
Section titled “Conflict Handling”If the same content is edited on multiple devices simultaneously, the cloud keeps the last saved version.
