Section titled “What is a Desktop Memo”A desktop memo is a note that stays visible on your desktop at all times — no need to open any app, just look at your screen and it is there. Unlike a system memo app, a true desktop memo embeds transparently over your wallpaper.
In YYNote, the sticky note function serves as your desktop memo. The same feature handles both.

YYNote sticky notes sit in between — individual notes work as memos, and the tagging system gives you notebook-style organization across multiple notes.
