Add Your First Todo

  1. Type in the todo input Click the blank area in the desktop widget, or open the app’s todo list and type your task.

  2. Press Enter to save The todo saves automatically and appears in your list.

  3. (Optional) Set a reminder When creating or editing, set a reminder. For example, type “Call client tomorrow 9am” and the system recognizes both the task and the time.


Set a reminder on any todo — you’ll get a system notification when it’s due.

  • Set a specific date and time
  • Set recurring reminders (e.g., every weekday at 9am)
  • Set a countdown with a target date (shows “X days left” in the list)

  • Click the circle → marks the todo as done
  • Completed todos go to the Done list — they don’t auto-disappear (enable “auto-hide on complete” in settings if preferred)
  • Completed todos can be un-done (click the circle again) or deleted
