Desktop Sticky Notes Tutorial

Overview

Sticky notes on the desktop — write and pin to your desktop, visible at boot. No reminders, no calendar integration. Designed for “quick capture”.

Best for: meeting notes, idea capture, shopping lists, temporary reminders.

Create a Note

1. Click the + button on the desktop widget to create a new note
2. Enter content, multi-line text supported
3. The note auto-pins to the nearest open spot on desktop
4. Drag the note to any position you like

Edit and Delete

• Edit: Click directly on the note content to edit
• Delete: Right-click note → Delete, or open the note and click the delete button

Tag Notes

1. Open the note, click the tag icon
2. Select an existing tag or create a new one
3. A note can have multiple tags

List Management

Settings → Sticky Note Lists: create multiple lists, bind each list to a different desktop widget, set tag filter rules.

Multi-device Sync

Windows / Android / iOS / HarmonyOS — one account, all devices synced.
