Tag Management
Tags are YYNote’s core tool for cross-list organization. One todo can have multiple tags; a list can filter to show only tagged items.
Create Tags
Section titled “Create Tags”- In the todo/sticky note editor, click the tag input
- Type a tag name (existing tags show as suggestions)
- Press Enter or click to confirm
Or manage all tags in Settings → Tag Management.
Auto-Tagging
Section titled “Auto-Tagging”YYNote supports auto-tagging: when a todo’s content matches certain keywords, a tag is applied automatically.
For example:
- Todo content contains “meeting” → auto-tagged “meeting”
- Todo content contains “urgent” → auto-tagged “urgent”
Where to set: Settings → Tags → Auto-Tagging
Filter Lists by Tag
Section titled “Filter Lists by Tag”Lists can set tag filter rules to show only items with specific tags.
Where to set: Open a list → Settings → Tag Filter Rules
