Windows Installation

1. Download the installer Install from Microsoft Store (auto-updates) or download the exe directly from the website.

2. Run the installer Double-click to run, follow the prompts. On first launch, the YYNote icon appears in the system tray (bottom-right corner).

3. Click the tray icon to start The desktop widget area opens. You can operate todos, sticky notes, and calendar directly from the desktop.

Can’t install on a work computer?

Corporate IT teams often restrict software installation. Contact your IT department or request admin rights.

Mobile Installation

1. Download the app Search “YYNote” in your app store or scan the QR code on the download page.

2. Register or log in On first launch, follow the prompts to register. Supports WeChat, QQ, Huawei, Google, and Apple sign-in.

One account, all devices synced

No matter which platform you log in from, todos, sticky notes, and calendar sync automatically with the same account.

Registration & Login

YYNote supports the following sign-in methods:

• WeChat / QQ / Huawei / Google / Apple

Different sign-in methods = different accounts

WeChat sign-in is one account. QQ sign-in is a separate account. They don’t share data.

To link multiple sign-in methods to one account: log in first → Settings → Account Management → Link Account.
